Shipping terms

Our delivery time will be 6 working days (10 working days if the shipment is to the Balearic Islands) for all our products (except where a different delivery time is indicated). Please note that, for logistical reasons, the order could suffer delays greater than the estimated time

Only orders whose delivery address is located in the Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and any island territory of Portugal) will be served. The material is delivered at street level of the indicated address. The access to it must be asphalted. Deliveries will not be made in areas where the access is not suitable for the transit of heavy vehicles. The customer is responsible for the correct management and disposal of the packaging materials after receipt of the product.

The shipping costs of the ceramic products are free for all those orders whose ceramic value exceeds 150€. For the rest of the orders, the shipping costs will depend on the weight and the destination of the same.
