General Sale Terms


1. First, the Company NAIS TRADING S.L.U. (hereinafter NAIS) with NIF B12913380, inscribed in the Commerce Register in Castellón (Tomo 1625, Folio 168, Hoja CS-35658, inscripción 1ª), owner of the web

2. On the other hand , anyone who places an order (hereinafter the CLIENT), whose data entered at checkout, through the prescribed form, are those that have been recorded by him/herself. The responsibility for the authenticity of these data is directly and solely to the CLIENT.


These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the terms of sale between the CLIENT and NAIS, including ordering, delivery and payment.

The placing of an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms abd Conditions (and any other specified in the order) by the CLIENT.

The shipping of orders shall be made in the Spanish territory of the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded).

Access to information is completely free, while shopping has a cost. Product prices, freight rates and charges for taxes will be specified by NAIS.


NAIS provides to the CLIENT two ways to place an order:

- On the internet, on the website ( 24h/day, 365 days a year), following the established procedure.

- By e-mail: [email protected], indicating the items. In this case, the only available payment method is "Bank Transfer".

To place an order, the CLIENT must provide personal data, as requested, by any of the methods mentioned above.

The confirmation of the order by the CLIENT implies full acceptance of prices, description of the products for sale and these Terms and Conditions and any other specified in the order itself.

Once the process is completed, the CLIENT will receive an e-mail at the address provided in the registration phase, in which all information relating to the purchase will be displayed.

In the unlikely event that any of the ordered products is out of stock, NAIS will inform the CLIENT as soon as possible.

The email will be sent within a maximum period of 24 h, as established by law, however, as this e-mail is automatically generated, errors might occur, which are outside the control of the Webmaster. So the CLIENT is kindly asked to inform NAIS is the e-mail is not automatically sent ([email protected]).


The CLIENT will receive detailed information on delivery dates of the various products. For any further information, the CLIENT may contact NAIS via email ([email protected]).

Shipping costs will be as indicated in the Shipping Terms Page.

The CLIENT will receive the goods directly at the address indicated at the time of purchase. The goods will always be delivered at STREET LEVEL.

When receiving the order, it is mandatory that the CLIENT checks that everything matches the order and is in perfect condition. If the CLIENT does not agree with the delivered goods, the CLIENT must sign the delivery note, indicating as well the delivery anomalies found (shabby packaging, products not corresponding the order, etc.)

If there is any issue with the transport of the goods, the claim period is 24 hours from the date of reception. After this period, the CLIENT must bear the transportation costs incurred.

If a product does not match the received e-mail confirmation, the CLIENT must contact NAIS through email ([email protected]) to correct the error as quickly as possible.

The e-mail order confirmation the CLIENT receives shows the ORDER NUMBER.

Once the order is delivered, the CLIENT will receive, by e-mail, the corresponding invoice (in pdf). NAIS will keep a copy of all invoices. In case there is any mistake in the invoice, the CLIENT may email NAIS ([email protected]) informing of the mistake, and NAIS will correct it in the following 5 labour days.


NAIS offers the CLIENT three payment methods:

a) Bank Transfer

When selecting bank transfer as payment method, the CLIENT will receive, together with the order confirmation, an e-mail indicating the NAIS TRADING, S.L.U. account number to make the wire transfer.

It is very important that the CLIENT indicates , in the bank transfer concept, the Order Number and his/her name, and that the transfer is made within 3 days from the date of confirmation of order to validate it.

If desired, the CLIENT may send the transfer receipt by e-mail ([email protected]). But in any case, the order shall not be considered as confirmed until NAIS administration department receives the transfer confirmation from the bank.

b) Debit or credit card

NAIS ensures that each of the transactions in is 100 % secure. All operations involving the transmission of personal information or bank details is carried out within a safe environment. uses a technology based on standard security SSL (Secure Socket Layer). All information transmitted to NAIS by the CLIENT is encrypted through the network.

Likewise, data of CLIENT credit card are not registered in any database, but go directly to the POS (Point of Sale) Bank.

When paying by card, the CLIENT is always asked to provide the following data : the card number, the expiry date and a validation code which coincides with the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of the card, offering, thus, more guarantees about the security of the transaction.

c) Paypal

PayPal allows consumers who have e-mail to send payments online securely, easily and quickly. The PayPal network is built on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards to create a global payment solution in real time. Paypal offers a service specially designed for those who are not satisfied by traditional payment mechanisms.

All sale prices listed on the NAIS website are in EURO, they include VAT, and they DO NOT include transport costs to delivery address.

NAIS has the right to change prices at any time. However, it undertakes to apply the rates listed on the website, unless mistake, at the time the CLIENT placed the order.


NAIS will accept returns in the 14 days following the reception of the merchandise on the part of the CLIENT.

A CLIENT may always return a product for any of the following reasons:

  • The product is defective.
  • An error in the shipment and the reference supplied does not correspond to the one appearing in the order.
  • CLIENT doesn't like the product.

Payment of the return shipping costs will vary depending on the reason for the return:

  • If the return is due to a defect in the product or an error in shipping, the shipping costs will be paid by NAIS.
  • If the return is due to the CLIENT does not like the product, shipping costs will be paid by the CLIENT. In this case, either NAIS manages the sending (not the payment) of the return through its transport agencies, or the CLIENT hires an external agency.

Materials already installed are expressly excluded from the possibility of return.

Once the merchandise has been received, NAIS technical service will check it and, if everything is correct, NAIS will accept the return, proceeding to the corresponding credit to the CLIENT.

NAIS will pay only the value of the products to return (not the associated shipping costs), therefore, the shipping costs of the outward will always be borne by the CLIENT.

The payment of the amount corresponding to the refund will always be made with the same method used by the CLIENT in the payment of the initial order.


All products sold on the website are guaranteed for TWO YEARS.

If the CLIENT has to make use of your warranty rights, the CLIENT must contact NAIS through email [email protected]. NAIS will inform the CLIENT about the steps to follow for the quick resolution of the issue.

The CLIENT may not use the guarantee against defects and damage due to external circumstances, accidents, and installation or use of products not in accordance with instructions. Products that have been modified or repaired by the CLIENT or other unauthorized person are also excluded from the warranty.

Claims of the SHADE AND CALIBRE of ceramic materials will not be accepted if materials have been deliveried in different orders. Claims on material already laid will not be accepted, either.


NAIS ensures that the processing of personal data shall be under security to prevent loss, tampering or unauthorized access. In compliance with 3/2018 of December 5, Protection of Personal Data and REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of April 27, 2016, NAIS informs that all data provided by the CLIENT, by any means, throughout the business relationship will be included in a file owned and managed by NAIS and will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. The purpose of the collection and processing of data is to manage the business relationship, manage requests and/or orders and their collection and also carry out treatments for purposes of advertising and market research.

At any time the CLIENT can exercise his/hers rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability, limitation or opposition to the processing of his/hers data, as well as withdraw the consent given or make claims before the Control Authority. These actions may be exercised by sending the request by email to [email protected]

NAIS is not responsible for any consequences that may result from improper use of the products sold on its website.

If Web sites owned by NAIS host banners that allow users to access Web pages or links to third party property, NAIS is not responsible for the contents therein may be housed, and will proceed to remove them in the case that a user informs that they have any kind of illegal content, after verification.


All elements of web page, whether visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademark or patent.


These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the concerning parties.

In the event that one of the clauses of these conditions were null and void, this shall not affect the remaining clauses.


These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the Spanish legislation.

For the resolution of any question, dispute or disagreement which may arise in the implementation and interpretation of this agreement, the parties submit to the Courts of Castellón. However, this does not prevent NAIS from exercising its right to settle any litigation in other courts.
