Returns

These are the main questions and concerns that may arise with the return process of a product.

WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?

NAIS will accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the goods by the CLIENT receipt of the goods by the CLIENT, except for those products for which it is explicitly indicated on the product explicitly stated on the product sheet that "No returns allowed", for which no returns will be accepted

RETURN REASONS

Ceramic (Porcelain & White body)

A CLIENT may always return a product for any of the following reasons:

  • The product is defective.
  • An error in the shipment and the reference supplied does not correspond to the one appearing in the order.
  • CLIENT doesn't like the product.

A CLIENT may always return a product for any of the following reasons:

  • The product is defective.
  • An error in the shipment and the reference supplied does not correspond to the one appearing in the order.

WHO PAYS THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?

Payment of the return shipping costs will vary depending on the reason for the return:

  • If the return is due to a defect in the product or an error in shipping, the shipping costs will be paid by NAIS.
  • If the return is due to the CLIENT does not like the product, shipping costs will be paid by the CLIENT. In this case, either NAIS manages the sending (not the payment) of the return through its transport agencies, or the CLIENT hires an external agency.

EXCEPTIONS

Materials already installed and products which are expressly excluded from the possibility of refund (special/personalized).

HOW MUCH IS PAID BACK?

NAIS will pay only the value of the products to return (not the associated shipping costs), therefore, the shipping costs of the outward will always be borne by the CLIENT.

HOW IS THE AMOUNT OF THE REFUND PAID?

The payment of the amount corresponding to the refund will always be made with the same method used by the CLIENT in the payment of the initial order.

HOW TO MAKE THE RETURN

Send us an email to nais@nais.es explaining the reasons for the return, and we will answer you shortly.

In case you want to return the product to us because of a quality failure, defect, etc., send us attached in the email the photos of the defective parts in order to better understand the problem.
