These are the main questions and concerns that may arise with the return process of a product.
Ceramic (Porcelain & White body): NAIS will accept returns in the 14 days following the reception of the merchandise on the part of the CLIENT.
Others: NAIS will not accept returns in those products where "Special/personalised product. No refunds" is showed.

Payment of the return shipping costs will vary depending on the reason for the return:
Materials already installed and products which are expressly excluded from the possibility of refund (special/personalized).
NAIS will pay only the value of the products to return (not the associated shipping costs), therefore, the shipping costs of the outward will always be borne by the CLIENT.
The payment of the amount corresponding to the refund will always be made with the same method used by the CLIENT in the payment of the initial order.

In case you want to return the product to us because of a quality failure, defect, etc., send us attached in the email the photos of the defective parts in order to better understand the problem.
